This system is for assistance only. Calculation errors are not excluded. Exchange rates are for reference only and may differ significantly from actual bank/card charges. Users must verify all figures themselves. We are not responsible for any financial loss.
Data Privacy
Data is retained for 30 days (Active) + 7 days (Grace). After this, data becomes inaccessible and is kept only for internal stats until permanent deletion during annual maintenance. Data is not used elsewhere except for bug fixing, stats, and operation.
Security
We use a "Dual Token" link system for easy sharing. Absolute privacy is NOT guaranteed (anyone with the link can access). Do NOT store passwords, PINs, or highly sensitive personal data.

User Manual
1. Create Trip
Enter trip name, email, and participants. Email is used for links and backup reports.
2. Share Link
Share the URL with companions for real-time collaboration and viewing settlements.
3. Add Expense
Click "Add Expense", enter amount, payer, and split details. Supports multiple currencies.
4. AI Scan
Use the camera to scan receipts; AI will detect items and amounts automatically.
5. Settlement
The system calculates the simplest repayment path (who owes whom) and supports partial payments.
6. Lock Trip
Lock the trip when finished to receive a full PDF backup report via email.
